Audrey's Low Cal Macaroons

YUMMMMMMM!!!!!!

Method

Spray Pam on cookie sheet.  Beat egg whites until stiff. Add salt, then gradually beat in sugar.  Fold in coconut and vanilla.  Drop by heaping tablespoons on to cookie sheet.

Bake in 325 preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned around edges.

Do not over bake!!!!

Yield: Makes 15 cookies, 13 calories each.

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 pinch salt
1 cup unsweetened coconut
