 Impossible Coconut Pie | From the Test Kitchens of Betty Crocker

|  Method | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased 9" pie dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes until brown. Chill and serve cold. Coconut can be sprinkled on top instead of added to ingredients.
